With over 30 years’ experience in HR and Learning and Development, Jackie’s enthusiasm for what she does is evident every time you meet her – virtually or in person!
Jackie is the Director for Clarity Learning and Development. Since becoming a freelance L&D specialist in 2006 and founding her company in 2009 she has worked with organisations across the UK and internationally supporting hundreds of individuals to increase their effectiveness in their working lives. Jackie has built her business by referral; this is testament to the work that she has done with clients and the results that they have achieved by implementing their learning and action plans.
Jackie writes regularly for TrainingZone and is the co-author of three books on learning and development-related topics, all published by Kogan Page. She is also the co-author of a The Five Questions System.
